Brief 1 - F~w making bytes legible?

Above was an attempt, while I was developing the A3 specimen posters, at making a legible version of bytes. For this is simply took the middle point of each element of every letter. Although this is a really unpleasant font, I think there is some potential and I will look a little more at how I can work with this to make it a legible font.
