Brief 5 - Carriageworks is one word...
On discovering through Simon Cherry at this late stage that Carriageworks was one word (a basic and ridiculous error on my part) some fairly sharpish logo development was in order. I went for a slightly more distinctive typeface, Raisonne, as this would provide a more recognisable mark when abbreviated. It also reflect quite nicely the idea of Carriageworks as an 'alternative' venue for theatre, music and comedy. The colours I have chosen simply to reflect the energetic and nurturing and youth oriented description of Carriageworks.
I particularly like the g and w in this, as they both feature as fairly interesting parts of the mark.
